The course is meant to explain what constitutes a data breach and how to identify it.
It will provide insights into the legal framework governing breaches under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In doing so, it will particularly address the formal and substantive conditions of notification obligations to the National Commission for Data Protection as well as the communication to the concerned data subjects.
To conclude, the course will also discuss mechanisms and procedures to anticipate the management of data breaches as well as related practical exercises.
