Your responsibilities
- Manage a BPMN (Business Process Management) software
- Design, develop, and implement business processes based on organizational needs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain integrations between the BPMN software and external systems or databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Ensure the alignment of business processes with organizational objectives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Skills
- Proficient in using BPMN 2.0 notation for creating detailed process diagrams that accurately represent business workflows.
- Strong ability to design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for facilitating communication between different software systems
- Advanced programming skills in Python, with a focus on developing automation scripts, custom functions, and software integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of JSON and XML formats for data interchange between systems, including parsing, generation, and schema validation.

Python or Microsoft PowerApps Developer
Profile

Your responsibilities
- Software development using a Python Framework or MS PowerApps.
- Design, develop, and implement business logics on organizational needs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain integrations between the software and external systems or databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Ensure the alignment of business processes with organizational objectives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Skills
- Deep understanding of Python programming language and experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, enabling rapid development of secure and scalable web applications and/or
- Skilled in developing custom business applications using MS PowerApps, including canvas and model-driven apps, to streamline business operations without extensive coding.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement complex business logic and workflows that are efficient, scalable, and perfectly aligned with organizational needs and goals.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining integrations between software applications and external systems or databases using APIs, middleware, or direct database connections to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc., and ability to design, optimize, and manage database systems.
- Ability to analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness in alignment with organizational objectives.
