Objective
At the end of the course, the participant will be able to have a view of the legal framework surrounding tokenization, and in particular security tokens.

- Understand the difference between security tokens and other types of tokens from a legal perspective
- Have a view of the Luxembourg legal framework applicable to security token offerings
- Understand the different rights that can be embedded in security tokens
- Have a view of the current legal initiatives in the EU
