High-Fidelity UX Prototyping with Figma (Learning Group)

96,00

UX designers create and test various prototypes to create usable and engaging digital solutions: They would typically start with user research to specify the context of use, then move on to low-fidelity prototyping with testing, and gradually work towards high-fidelity prototyping after being sufficiently sure about a specific design direction. This course teaches high-fidelity prototyping with Figma.

After sign-up to the course, learners will be granted access to a remote learning platform with specific materials to prepare the coaching sessions, free of charge. During the coaching sessions, we will be working on projects where you apply your newly acquired Figma skills, get personal feedback from the coach and other learners, and create a fully functional prototype for testing.

Besides the suggested learning materials, the remote learning platform contains multiple other courses in various topics (UX, coding, management, and many more). During the period of the learning group, learners have full access to the entire catalogue without limitations, and are encouraged to take as many courses as they like.

Note that this course assumes that you have prior experience about UX design, including having done user research and low-fidelity prototyping in case you want to work on your own project (see prerequisites).

Prerequisites

Learners need to have prior experience with UX design. In case you do not have this, we are also setting up a next edition of our UX Learning Track which will include a similar High-fidelity Prototyping learning group, together with other modules. Please keep an eye on dlh.lu for updates.

Learners need to have completed the provided online content (around 3-4 hours) prior to the coaching sessions.

Learners will work on a realistic UX project during the prototyping coaching, building on validated user research. Learners are welcome to work on their own ideas, as long as these have been validated with prior user research. In case you do not have a project idea based on user research, you can work on an example project that the coach will provide.
