  • Demystifying Digital (Including Storytelling techniques) in project management
  • Building up a digital Culture (people and entity scales)
  • (Im)possibilites of AI in and for a Digital Project
  • Inspiring & engaging Leadership
  • Wrap-up and Reflection
  • Understand cybersecurity awareness basics (understand the most common threats, safely engage online, acting preventively online, cybersecurity governance & strategy, security and risk management)

Day 2:

  • Focus on IT technical vocabulary
  • IT architecture: Front-end, back-end and technologies
  • IT operating model (including Governance, Process, Sourcing, Organizational Structure, …)
  • Feasibility studies
  • Implementing project management : procedures, best practices, streamlining and organisation
  • Identifying, selecting and implementing tools: methodology and setting of objectives
  • Cybersecurity in a Digital Age
