Objective

  • Hands on workshop using physical tools to show message scrambling techniques of old Greece to modern times.
  • Introduction to cryptography: symmetric, assymetic, public keys, hashes, signatures, certificates.
  • All beginner friendly: this course does not use any computers, code or mathematics.

  • Learn why a good password and a good algorithm are important for securing data.
  • Introducing high level concepts of public key infrastructure.
  • Understand digital signatures.
