Objective
The course will provide with the basics on GDPR so that you will be able to ask yourself – and your leadership – the relevant questions regarding the processing of personal data and your compliance with GDPR
Learning Outcomes
After the course the participant will be able to understand:
- the cornerstones of personal data protection under the GDPR,
- the main definitions and concepts,
- the 7 principles of GDPR,
- the rights of data subjects,
- the obligations of data controllers,
- the enforcement.
With some focus on privacy-by-design, impact assessment and international data transfer.
