The course provides you with the basics on GDPR so that you will be able to ask yourself – and your leadership – the relevant questions regarding the processing of personal data and your compliance with the GDPR
Learning Outcomes
Knowing and understanding the cornerstones of personal data protection under the GDPR : the main definitions, the 7 principles, the rights of data subjects, the obligations of data controllers, the enforcement. With some focus on privacy-by-design, impact assessment and international data transfer.
