This short programme aims to support women in discovering opportunities of the digital field. We will be working on project management, ux, entrepreneurial competencies, challenges in today’s work environment in relation to digital evolution and employability.

Objective

Today, digital is everywhere, influencing almost every workplace and work capacity. We aim to help women fully embrace these changes despite the challenges so they can be better equipped to find a job, launch their own venture or change careers.

Learning outcomes

This programme will give the participant knowledge about current digital challenges and opportunities as well as digital entrepreneurship. They will also learn to better present their professional profile to employers (social media, CV, portfolio).

Themed of the sessions will be:

  1. UX and project Management
  2. Employability, get prepared for your next digital job
  3. Digital Entrepreneurship 101
  4. Introduction to new technology trends

Schedule:

This training has a total of 12 hours and takes place over several days

  • Day 1/4:    04.10.2022   09:00 – 12:00
  • Day 2/4:   11.10.2022   09:00 – 12:00
  • Day 3/4:   18.10.2022   09:00 – 12:00
  • Day 4/4:   24.10.2022   09:00 – 12:00

Please note that you can still register for sessions 2, 3 and 4, even if you did not attend the first session.

This training does not have any assessment or exams; a certificate of participation will be issued to participants. A mandatory attendance percentage of at least 80% is required.
