The course allows participants to visually and quickly understand the major concepts and managerial activities of managing a project. P3express methodology uses a cyclical system to make the activities simpler and more familiar. This cycle goes from initiation to post implementation of a project. The course walks the participants through the cycles with examples and follows the case study method of learning. It is interactive and allows the participants to understand the practical side of the methodology for their everyday work. It encourages participation and is founded on the principle that learning is achieved best through practice.
